What we do not do
We do not promise results
Results vary, and we do not say that care treats or cures any condition.
We do not X-ray everyone
X-rays are taken only when they are medically necessary, and the doctor explains why first.
We do not replace your physician
If you need a physician first, we tell you so and send you there before care begins.
We do not hurry the explanation
You hear the risks and the cost before any care, and you may take them home and decide later.
Questions about our care
Will an adjustment hurt?
Many people feel pressure and a stretch, and some feel sore for a day or so. The doctor chooses a technique that suits you, and we stop whenever you say so.
How many visits will I need?
Your doctor suggests a plan after the exam and changes it as you go. We do not promise a number of visits, and you may stop whenever you choose.
Do I need x-rays?
Not always. The doctor asks for x-rays only when they are medically necessary, and explains why before any are taken. When imaging is needed, we tell you the cost and show it to you first.
Ask before you book
The front desk answers questions about care, fees and what to expect.
- A sudden severe headache or neck pain, dizziness, trouble speaking or seeing, new weakness or numbness, numbness in the groin or saddle area (between the legs and buttocks), or new bladder or bowel trouble needs emergency care now. Call 911 or go to an emergency room.
